Serving as Vice President of Recruitment taught me the importance of maintaining strong foundations while always seeking ways to elevate them. I took pride in refining every detail, from styling/event design to communication/organization and to creating experiences that felt cohesive, engaging, and true to our values. It was through this role that my love for large-scale event planning began. I discovered how much I enjoy bringing people together through thoughtful, well-executed experiences. For me, it’s never just about keeping something running smoothly; it’s about finding opportunities for improvement, adding creativity, and leaving things better than I found them.
